Colorado Adventures

For the week, I decided to fly out to Colorado for a change of scenery. Its vast landscape and beautiful mountains inspired our first set of designs, so I decided to return to the place where it all began. Visiting my relatives, who possess that adventure seeking spirit, offered up a fun change from my everyday life.        We spent the first couple days enjoying Durango's beautiful weather and exploring around, really enjoying all that this city has to offer. We walked along the Animas River Trail and enjoyed the scenic views and mountainous landscapes.  Along the way, we happened across the Durango Fish Hatchery and Wildlife Museum. The hatchery, a cold water facility, raises rainbow, brown, Snake River cutthroat, and native cutthroat trout and kokanee salmon. Durango stocks approximately 150,000 catchable rainbows and 1.3 million subcatchable fish each year in the southwest corner of Colorado. It is the oldest state-owned fish hatchery in
